While purposely keeping our overhead costs to a minimum we have positioned ourselves to offer you our services for a commission of only 3.5%. This amounts to considerable savings in comparison with other agency´s fees here on Mallorca of 5% to 6%.

To avoid any unnecessary complications during the final stages of the purchasing process we make every effort to insure that the properties that verify that all registration data and documents are in order for the respective properties and then offer them at a realistic price which is reflective of their current market value.

We, along with our network of cooperation partners and professional regional specialists, have the possibility to offer a variety of unique properties which ensures that we are capable of meeting your requirements.

Mallorca Map

N.I.E: Number/Tax registration

Before purchasing a property on Mallorca, you will need to hold a Spanish Tax registration Number (NIE) which is needed for payment of property taxes. There is not a requirement that you are a permanent resident to acquire this and we will gladly assist you in obtaining this relevant document.

Costs

We operate as an Online Agency most of our properties do not require excessive marketing activities, specifically print media, so we are able to keep our operating costs to a minimum. We act on the basis of specially defined client requests in an attempt to avoid presenting the same properties as a many other local agents which enables us to offer you our services for far better conditions than our competitors.

Lawyers and Notary

Upon your request we can recommend internationally trained solicitors and notaries who will assist you in combination with our services through the entire purchasing process, unless your preference is to include your personal solicitor.

Finance and Surveys

In case you are interested in financing your property, we would be delighted to establish the respective contacts with a suitable local or international bank or a financial broker, in order to find the best conditions possible. Each financial organization requires than an official survey be performed before offering a mortgage. On the basis of the survey, normally up to 80% of the purchasing price can be financed. These costs are always incurred by the potential buyer.
